Interior:

A whole lot of very well-appointed living space is rolled up into this compact motor yacht. She sleeps five adults quite comfortably and has indoor seating for more than six folks. Enter the salon from the aft deck and you are welcome by a clean and bright interior with large scenic windows. Immediately on starboard is the galley, which has a three-burner Magic Chef propane range, a deep dual-basin sink, good sized refrigerator below the countertop, and a nice workable amount of counterspace. Storage is in wall cubbies, drawers, and the ceiling-mounted cupboard. Forward of the galley is a nice long settee with storage drawers below. This conveniently converts into a berth at night. Forward is the inside helm, which has double seating so you and a companion can navigate side-by-side. The vessel head is immediately inside the cabin on port is the vessel head. This is an especially nice placement if you plan to use the aft deck for fishing or other messy activities; you don t have to travel far into the cabin to utilize it. The head has a manual commode, a hand sink, showering capabilities, lots of counterspace, and storage. Forty-nine gallons of fresh water, a six-gallon hot water tank, and a 28-gallon holding tank serve your plumbing needs. Forward of the head is a large raised u-shaped dinette that seats four adults quite comfortably. There are storage cupboards and drawers beneath the seating and table. At night, the table lowers and cushions rearrange to make a double berth. The upholstery is new throughout the cabin, including in the v-berth. This sleeping space has two individual bunks, or place the center cushion to make one large sleeping platform. A hanging locker and privacy door help transform this into a lovely stateroom. Warmth is provided by electric register heating, as well as engine heat, so you can be nice and cozy on Wave Walker all year round.

On Deck:

The aft deck on Wave Walker is roomy and unencumbered, with high sides and a great all-weather cover so you can keep warm and dry in rain and snow or keep cool when the sun is beating down. A starboard side transom door gives you easy access to the aft deck on this classic. Her flush engine room hatch in the center of the floor makes engine maintenance easy. Gear storage cabinets are in the upper bulkhead. Access to the very nice, large flybridge is by the short port-side ladder from the aft deck. It has a snazzy tinted spray screen and three pedestal swivel chairs, including the centerline captain s chair, which have nice covers. Additional bench seating is behind for three or four adults. The propane tank for the stove is stored up here in a discreet cabinet. This flybridge has walls, not just railing, which is great when you have smaller dogs or children aboard. This flybridge is one of the largest found on a boat of this length.

Engine and Mechanical:

This Tolly was repowered in 2022 with a new port engine and a rebuilt starboard engine. Each of these 330 horsepower Crusader engines has a mere 20 hours on it! She has wet heat exchange cooling, hynautic steering and cable controls. Trim tabs work to give you great angle and fuel efficiency. Her two aluminum fuel tanks hold a total of 197 gallons of fuel. Wave Walker has a Mercury 15 horsepower auxiliary engine mounted off the stern with a manual shift remote. For anchoring, you have a Bruce 33-pound anchor on an Ideal electric winch with chain off the bow pulpit.

Electrical and Electronics:

Navigation and fish-finding electronics are centered on a Garmin integrated system, including the GPS, plotter, depth sounder and Radar. For communications, you have an Icom M502 VHF. While at the dock, she plugs into 30-amp shore power. Wave Walker has new wiring and her water heater is electric and heat exchanged off the engine. She has one 8D start battery and two housebanks.
